The Social Media Revolution

In our social media workshops and discussions, we find that people’s attitudes towards social media tend to fall into one of three categories:

  1. You’ve heard about social media, but don’t know what it is, exactly.
  2. You love it and don’t know how you managed without it in the first place.
  3. You dismiss it.

The third attitude stems from a variety of issues. Maybe you think it’s over your head because you’re “not a techie” person. Maybe you think it’s “just for kids.” Maybe you think it’s only a passing fad. But it’s not. Social media is a fundamental change in how we communicate. It’s multi-directional. Everywhere. All the time.
